Quality Control Inspector

Position Overview

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards before they are delivered to customers. This role involves thorough inspections, testing, and documentation of quality metrics to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of aircraft components and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform testing and evaluation of materials and products related to corporate jets, including Falcon, Challenger, Gulfstream, and Cessna models.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
• Participate in audits and assist in the development of quality control procedures and protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Familiarity with corporate jets, specifically Falcon, Challenger, Gulfstream, and Cessna.
• Experience with FAA regulations and Part 135 operations is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
