Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed data; verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications.
• Verify dimensions and alignment of assemblies.
• Confer with engineering and production personnel on non-conformances.
• Maintain certificates of conformance requirements.
• Perform final inspection approval or rejection and document examinations.
• Develop and review a coherent quality assurance program with management.
