Job summary

Provisur Technologies GmbH is seeking a senior quality professional to inspect parts and assemblies, perform root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Quality, Six Sigma Black Belt, and 5+ years in quality. You will develop SOPs, lead cross-functional teams, and manage calibration programs in a hands-on facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent quality certification.
• Minimum 5 years in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and in-process, final and assembled machines to verify conformance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for the inspection area.
• Lead meetings with internal partners and customers to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Coordinate disposition of non-conforming material with other departments and suppliers.
• Oversee calibration including gages, outside calibration, and tool purchases.
