Qualifications

• Uses Windows-based programs.
• Maintains inspection/test status as directed by QC manager.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Inspects subassemblies to determine conformance to requirements.
• Tests subassemblies and top level devices for functional conformance.
• Makes accept/reject decisions using inspection criteria.
• Retrieves drawings, inspection instructions and part specifications.
• Locates software release information to confirm installed version.
• Maintains inspection requirements for production/shipping schedules.
• Verifies daily that current instructions and specifications are in use.
• Maintains minimum 0.8 Cost Performance Index on work orders with justification.
