Job summary

Acumed LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician 1 to inspect semi-finished and finished materials and products to drawings and inspection plans. The role reviews, tests, documents, and dispositions goods, and participates in improvement initiatives within manufacturing cells.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months–1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read/understand work instructions and specs.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect, and measure products to ensure conformance with specs.
• Complete documentation and data recording accurately.
• Inspect and disposition incoming finished goods inventory.
• Enter information into the manufacturing data system.
• Create NCMRs/QNs for out-of-spec materials and products.
• Disposition products following MRB meetings.
• Set inspection priorities and track receiving inspections.
• Suggest improvements to inspection processes.
• Participate in Manufacturing Cell teams as QA representative.
• Complete required trainings and participate in special projects.
