Job summary

Summit Golf Brands is seeking a reliable Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in Wisconsin. This full-time, entry-level role provides training and no prior experience is required.

You will help ensure every garment shipped meets our high standards through hands-on inspection of quality, branding accuracy, and stitching details. You will collaborate with the QA Manager, support refurbishment processing, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs consistently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments to verify garment quality—check stitching, stains, components, branding accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA Manager to set daily priorities and workflow.
• Assist with inspection and processing of refurbished and returned products.
• Support daily QA operations and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing process improvements within the department.
• Assist with other projects or departments when needed.
