Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and quality procedures.
• Accurate documentation of inspection results and records.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn new inspection methods and tools.
• Ability to read and understand how electrical components interact.
• Visual and auditory acuity for detailed inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of materials and products.
• Verify products meet quality standards, specifications, and inspection requirements.
• Document inspection results according to procedures.
• Identify defects and communicate issues to the Quality Team.
• Segregate nonconforming materials and assist with containment.
• Report recurring defects and trends to the team.
• Support product release by confirming inspection requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized inspection area and follow safety procedures.
• Process customer returns per established procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
