Qualifications

• 1–2 years in manufacturing or quality assurance preferred.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Basic computer and Excel skills for data entry and records.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly tool and gauge checks to ensure measurement accuracy across the floor.
• Verify operator forms and system entries for alignment with specifications.
• Conduct random inspections on flat, formed, and machined parts against customer specs.
• Approve conforming parts with a QC sticker; flag and quarantine non-conforming items.
• Collaborate with Quality Manager to investigate suspect materials and resolve issues.
• Complete final visual inspections and verify shipping details for accuracy.
• Exercise full stop-work authority to protect quality standards.
• Support special projects and assist team as needed.
