The Quality Technician will ensure that final product delivered to our customers is compliant to established requirements. The Quality Technician will monitor that the Quality Inspection activities performed by Quality inspectors and Operators such such as 1st Piece, In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection at the Punches, Brakes, Jamb cell, and HRI assemblies, and the Final Inspection at all assembly areas (78\", Conventional, NGP, and HRI are performed according to requirements.
The Quality Technician is responsible for monitoring the Dock Audit activities of the product prior to shipping. All assembly walk-throughs will also be subject to a Dock Audit before shipping to Customers to ensure that the product is according to specifications and the adhesive has cured.
