Job summary

Arvato in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure product quality in a fast-paced warehouse. You will perform inspections, monitor processes, and support production operations to meet customer specs and drive continuous improvement.

The role collaborates with Operations and Quality leadership to uphold safety and quality standards while supporting shipment accuracy and timely order completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot minor material differences.
• Quality-focused mindset with commitment to customer specs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and data entry.
• Good reading/writing in English; clear communication.
• Independence and reliable attendance in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Experience in a high-volume warehouse preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or other WMS systems preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO, Lean, Six Sigma or related quality programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily quality inspection goals for assigned programs.
• Perform inspections and record results in systems and docs.
• Ensure orders meet specs, quality requirements, and SLAs.
• Identify non-conforming materials and process risks.
• Assist with non-conforming material disposition per procedures.
• Support QMS compliance activities and data entry.
• Verify use of approved materials and QC procedures.
• Conduct batch record reviews and coordinate with leads.
• Assist with shipping, receiving inspections, and ops support.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality leadership on improvements.

Job Description

The QA Inspector ensures product quality and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment by performing inspections, monitoring processes, and supporting production operations. This role works closely with Operations and Quality leadership to meet customer specifications, maintain service levels, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to all safety and quality standards.

YOUR TASKS

• Meet daily quality inspection goals for assigned programs.
• Perform work accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and service-level expectations.
• Perform inspections and record results using appropriate systems and documentation.
• Identify, document, and escalation quality issues, non-conforming materials, and process risks.
• Assist with the control, processing, and disposition of non-conforming materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Support QMS compliance activities, including data entry, CARs, and non-conformance investigations.
• Verify the use of approved materials, documentation, and quality control procedures throughout production.
• Perform batch record reviews and coordinate issues with Leads, Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with shipping activities, receiving inspections, and other operational support as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Leadership to support production planning, quality objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify minor differences in materials
• Quality-focused mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and support corrective actions
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and data entry
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying material quantities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain reliable attendance
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, schedules, and work assignmentsPreferred experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
• Preferred familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems (e.g., SAP)
• Preferred knowledge of quality standards or continuous improvement methodologies, such as ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar programs
