Job summary

Arvato in Louisville, KY is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure product quality in a fast-paced warehouse. You will perform inspections, record results, and collaborate with Operations and Quality leadership to meet customer specifications and drive continuous improvement.

This on-site role offers a first shift (Sun–Tue, 6:00am–6:30pm; every other Sat, 6:00am–2:30pm) with opportunities to contribute to QMS processes and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot minor differences in materials.
• Quality-focused mindset with commitment to meeting customer expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and data entry.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math for counting and verifying quantities.
• Self-motivated, independent work with reliable attendance.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily quality inspection goals for assigned programs.
• Perform work accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and service levels.
• Perform inspections and record results using appropriate systems and documentation.
• Identify, document, and elevate quality issues and non-conforming materials.
• Assist with control, processing, and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Support QMS compliance activities, including data entry, CARs, and investigations.
• Verify use of approved materials and QC procedures in production.
• Perform batch record reviews and coordinate issues with Leads/Managers.
• Assist with shipping, receiving inspections, and other operations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Leadership to support production planning and continuous improvement.

Job Description

The QA Inspector ensures product quality and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment by performing inspections, monitoring processes, and supporting production operations. This role works closely with Operations and Quality leadership to meet customer specifications, maintain service levels, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to all safety and quality standards.

A shift, Sunday - Tuesday 6:00am - 6:30pm, every other Saturday 6:00am - 2:30pm

YOUR TASKS

• Meet daily quality inspection goals for assigned programs.
• Perform work accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and service-level expectations.
• Perform inspections and record results using appropriate systems and documentation.
• Identify, document, and elevate quality issues, non-conforming materials, and process risks.
• Assist with the control, processing, and disposition of non-conforming materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Support QMS compliance activities, including data entry, CARs, and non-conformance investigations.
• Verify the use of approved materials, documentation, and quality control procedures throughout production.
• Perform batch record reviews and coordinate issues with Leads, Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with shipping activities, receiving inspections, and other operational support as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Leadership to support production planning, quality objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify minor differences in materials
