Job summary

Greenworks is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our Morristown manufacturing team. You will inspect components, assemblies, and finished products, perform quality checks, and help ensure our products meet stringent standards.

This role supports continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years in manufacturing, and a solid eye for detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Quality inspection or quality assurance experience preferred.
• Ability to read specifications and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform testing and quality checks using various measuring and inspection tools.
• Identify defects and communicate findings to production and leadership teams.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the manufacturing process.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
