Job summary

SharpSearch Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Inspector. You will inspect sheet metal parts, machined components, and electromechanical assemblies throughout the manufacturing process, performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections against engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.

• At least two years of manufacturing quality inspection experience.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools.
• Experience with mechanical and electromechanical assemblies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sheet metal parts, machined components, and electromechanical assemblies for dimensional accuracy and workmanship.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify against specifications.
• Read GD&T and engineering drawings to determine inspection requirements.
• Identify nonconformances, document results, and support corrective actions.
