Job summary

Envision, Inc. in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking a quality professional to maintain ISO-aligned standards across product lines. You will inspect products, take samples, and document conformance to specifications. Collaborate with operators and maintenance to fix issues and participate in internal audits.

You will help drive process improvements, ensure proper labeling of rejected material, and support the quality team in daily operations while upholding Envision's values and quality commitments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in the quality field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret customer requirements and specifications.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• In-house ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training program preferred.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 concepts is a plus.
• Ability to learn and apply process improvement methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of quality and manufacturing principles; strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow established quality procedures and recommend improvements.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining Envision quality standards on all product lines by inspecting products and taking samples to ensure conformance specifications and to maintain required records and documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

• Perform in-process quality testing procedures and techniques accurately and thoroughly. Record required data.
• Coordinate with Operators and Maintenance Techs to correct quality problems.
• Follow established quality procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide solutions to a variety of technical/quality related problems of basic scope and complexity.
• Participate in ISO internal audits as scheduled.
• Ensure rejected material is properly labeled and controlled.

• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Education:

High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the quality field preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Basic computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, and web-based applications.
• Ability to successfully complete the in-house ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training program.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 concepts a plus.
• Ability to learn process improvement methodology and application.
• Working knowledge quality and manufacturing principles, theories and concepts.
• Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, management, customers, and suppliers.
• Leadership skills to make decisions with sound judgment and guide day-to-day operations successfully.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and interpret customer requirements and specifications.
