Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector for a growing manufacturing facility in Allentown, NJ. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with ISO 9001 QMS in manufacturing and a track record inspecting stainless steel, metals, plastics, and other materials.

You will perform inspections on raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products, conduct quality audits, read engineering drawings, and drive continuous improvement with production teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience working within an ISO 9001 QMS manufacturing facility.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers, squares, protractors, and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform visual inspections and quality audits on manufacturing floor operations.
• Measure parts against engineering drawings and specifications using inspection tools.
• Review and enforce ISO 9001 Quality Management System procedures and documentation.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced quality professional with a strong background in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have experience inspecting products made from stainless steel, metals, plastics, and other manufactured materials.

Location: Hamilton, NJ
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
