This involves implementing and coordinating the Quality Control Plan, conducting thorough job site inspections, and resolving quality issues through document reviews and on‑site evaluations. The position provides training, coaching, and real‑time feedback to field teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company values while supporting efficient and effective project execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hazard Mitigation: Pre‑plan and identify specific methods to eliminate hazards daily based on the work task at hand. Observation Skills: Develop the skill to observe the habits of others and professionally bring hazards to their attention.
  • Open Dialogue: Promote communication between field and office regarding safety concerns, improvements, and PPE needs.
  • Continuous Training: Obtain and maintain all safety certifications as expected by company leadership.

  • Relationship Building: Develop high‑trust relationships with project leadership and field personnel through open, honest dialogue.
  • Customer Relations: Demonstrate excellent professionalism and service when interacting with clients and utility owners.
