Adaptive Telehealth is seeking a detail-driven QA Tester to independently test Thrive Compass, Adaptive Telehealth platforms, and the new SaaS Chatbot Maker through Adaptive Health AI. This part-time, remote contract role focuses on verifying feature behavior, access controls by user role, and cross‑device usability across desktop and mobile.

You will work with a small team, follow test plans, report bugs clearly, and help ensure compliance with health and student-data privacy standards.

Formación

• Detail-oriented QA with healthcare/education SaaS testing experience.
• Ability to test role-based data visibility and privacy controls.
• Experience testing desktop and mobile web applications.

Quality Assurance Engineer (Tester)-Part-time-Remote

We are seeking a detail-driven, experienced QA Tester to independently test our healthcare and education SaaS platforms. In this crucial role, you will be the quality gate for Thrive Compass, Adaptive Telehealth, and our new SaaS Chatbot Maker through Adaptive Health AI. You will verify that new features work as designed, that every user sees only the data their role permits, and that our platforms are accessible on desktop and mobile. Our parent company, Digital Health Innovation, is a US-based software company. Our clients are typically college counseling centers, K-12 mental health teams, mental health professionals, and medical professionals, so protecting health and student data is central to the work. This is intended to be a long-term, part-time professional contract position, home-based with team support.
