Job summary

MicroSourcing is a remote QA Tester – Agentic Web Application role based in the Philippines. You will own hands‑on functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing for a healthcare web app with AI agents, APIs, databases, and external systems.

Work 100% from home with dayshift aligning to Manila time. You will develop automated tests, investigate defects with logs and browser tools, and ensure data integrity across connected systems while supporting US engineering off-hours.

Qualifications

• Professional QA tester with production web apps experience.
• Hands-on with test automation using Playwright and pytest.
• Strong browser testing and network analysis skills.
• Ability to reason across UI, APIs, and asynchronous processes.
• Experience with AI tools to generate test cases and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Execute Test Plans: create and maintain test plans, cases, and regression checklists.
• Validate End-to-End Workflows across browsers, APIs, databases, webhooks, and queues.
• Test AI and Voice Agents and evaluate responses and workflows.
• Develop Automated Tests using Playwright, pytest, and CI tools.
• Investigate and document defects with logs and screenshots.
• Validate data integrity across connected systems.
• Test edge cases: authentication, permissions, retries, timeouts, and failures.
• Maintain QA documentation and testing framework.
