Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our remote Development Team. You will define test plans, execute tests, report defects, and ensure delivery meets quality standards while collaborating with a global team.

The role emphasizes independence, problem solving, and working within an innovative, remote-first environment. Fluency in English and strong QA fundamentals are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Manual or similar.
• Knowledge of MySQL and/or SQL.
• Knowledge in Automation programming languages (desired).
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Define and document test plans and test cases for all features developed by the team.
• Execute the test plans to ensure the development meets quality standards.
• Report bugs and other findings.
• Follow up on bug reports to ensure they are fixed.

You Will Face Numerous Technical Challenges
