Overview

The QA Engineer role will be a part of a lean, nimble, full stack powerful engineering team. We value simplicity in both our code and our UI. Responsibilities
  • Define and enforce quality attributes and testing requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage across product features.
  • Design and implement manual testing strategies to validate application functionality, stability, and usability across web applications and Chrome extensions.
  • Lead test planning, test case design, and execution for features involving complex business logic and architectural components.
  • Provide technical assistance and mentorship to QA team members, promoting best practices in exploratory, regression, and smoke testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks early and ensure high-quality releases through effective collaboration and communication.

Education & Requirements
  • 3+ years experience supporting and testing highly-available, scalable and modern web applications and Chrome extensions using Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience supporting/testing Chrome extensions
  • Integration testing with 3rd parties, such as CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)
  • Experience testing APIs
  • Testing and automating full feature releases, relatively unsupervised
  • Experience with Complex Manual Testing
  • Deep experience supporting/testing design, development, and implementation of scalable and performant web services
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress for UI and API test automation
