Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years related experience in quality control/quality assurance/manufacturing.
• Able to work in and lead cross functional teams to perform APQP activities.
• Experience performing root cause investigations.

Responsibilities

• Perform gage R&Rs, create Inspection plans.
• Coordinate statistical process control system.
• Oversee the day-to-day Quality Management System operation.

Skills

Quality systems knowledge including ISO9001/AS9100/PPAPs

Hands-on experience with machining operations and inspection

Knowledge of gage calibration, SPC, geometric tolerancing

Demonstrated proficiency in using statistical process control systems

Education

B.S./A.S. degree in Engineering or similar discipline
