Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in software testing, including website applications, and possess the ability to develop test strategies, execute tests efficiently, and lead quality assurance processes. The role demands frequent collaboration with developers, product managers, and other quality engineers to ensure high-quality standards and timely project deliveries. Travel between PHL10 and BOS23 locations may be required occasionally, comprising about 10-20% of the role's responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify daily developer stories and tasks for deployment.
• Develop test strategies independently and with the QA team to meet high-quality standards.
• Understand and apply component test strategies for product architecture, making quality trade-offs as necessary.
• Conduct strong root cause analysis processes.
• Assist in the automation of implemented frameworks and recommend improvements to quality metrics.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of industry experience in software testing with a strong focus on Selenium, particularly for web applications.
• Proven experience with SQL and basic scripting or Python.
• Proficiency in a Linux/Unix environment.
  
  

Industry Experience:

• Experience in software development or a closely related field is preferred, ensuring a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and QA processes.
