Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality engineering experience with a focus on incoming inspection in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of QC methodologies and tools (Six Sigma, ISO standards).
• Proficient with measurement tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• IncomingInspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and componentsto ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including non-conformancereports and corrective actions taken.
• Collaboration:Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues andimprove the quality of incoming materials.
• QualityStandards: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelinesfor incoming inspection processes.
• DataAnalysis: Analyze inspection data and trends to identify areas for improvementand support decision-making processes.
• Training:Provide training and support to team members on quality standards, inspectiontechniques, and best practices.

Qualifications
