Responsibilities

• Establishes quality standards for products and processes and suggest modifications to prevent defects.
• Works with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Audits production processes, raw materials, or suppliers to ensure standards are met.
• Performs root cause analysis for defects or quality failures.
• May ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or other external quality standards.
