Frost is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst II - Commercial Lending to ensure the quality and stability of a critical loan platform supporting lending operations. You will develop testing plans, identify gaps, and craft solutions for complex IT systems while upholding Frost's standards of integrity and excellence.

You will work on testing plans, collaborate with developers to fix issues, and participate in automation opportunities to improve quality across the development lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Software Quality Engineering or banking/IT.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies, planning, execution, traceability, and defect management.
• Experience on project teams and integrating testing into plans.

Responsabilidades

• Define testing plans, identify gaps in requirements, and propose testing hypotheses for changes.
• Create functional test cases for interfacing programs and automate test scripts.
• Execute tests and validate results to determine issues for the dev team.
• Collaborate with developers to fix issues and support regression testing.
• Assist in root cause analysis and validation of production issues as needed.
• Contribute to automation opportunities and uphold integrity, caring, and excellence.
