Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent technical experience.
• Proficiency in Java or scripting languages like Ruby or Python.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL queries and data retrieval.
• Experience identifying technical issues including misconfigurations and defects in code.
• Experience developing functional, load, or batch test automation solutions.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and processes.
• Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver and modern automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy automated test scripts for an assigned system to ensure quality and stability.
• Troubleshoot and triage script and system issues with project teams to identify root causes.
• Document, track, and elevate issues with application changes or test scripts.
• Communicate with product, project management and development teams to align on testing objectives.
• Write and execute functional test cases as needed.
