Job summary

Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented quality professional to collaborate across QA, Customer Service, Engineering and Product Expertise Centers to evaluate quality, audit products, and address non-conforming materials.

You will maintain accurate records, prepare reports, present data, and communicate findings and questions to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Quality evaluations, product audits, and resolution of non-conforming materials.
• Accurate recording of results and maintaining detailed records.
• Effective communication of findings to others, including customers.
• Report preparation, data presentation, and reporting of technical and quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Engineering and Product Expertise Centers globally.
• Ensure timely submissions of returned exhibits to Expertise Centers.
• Communicate findings and questions to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare reports and present data on quality issues.

Job description

This position works in conjunction with Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Engineering and our Product Expertise Centers globally, in the areas of quality evaluations, product audits and resolution of non-conforming materials. This position requires accuracy in recording results and the keeping of detailed records. Timely attention to submissions of returned exhibits to Expertise Centers is essential, as well as effective communication of findings, questioning of results and the providing of the information to others, including Customers, is imperative. Must be capable and effective in report preparation, data presentation and reporting of technical and quality issues.
