Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–8+ years QA/QC in sanitary and hygienic process systems.
• Experience in pharma, biotech or food processing industries.
• Knowledge of hygienic design, stainless steel fabrication, and QA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inspection test plans and test reports.
• Ensure compliance with customer standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare company standards and technical specifications.
• Conduct acceptance tests internally and qualifications with customers.
• Perform welding supervision and support site management.
• Review supplier documentation and monitor fabrication quality.
