Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related role within an electronics or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with quality management systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and quality data analysis tools.
• Willing to acquire new skills and grow with the company.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality planning into product development, manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead quality planning activities including FMEA, control plans, risk assessments, and process validation.
• Conduct process capability studies (Cp/Cpk), measurement system analysis (MSA), and statistical analysis to assess process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze product and process quality data to identify trends, establish corrective actions, and improve manufacturing performance.
• Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why and Fishbone Diagrams.
• Support nonconformance management, corrective action requests (CARs), and preventive action programs to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
• Support internal, supplier, customer and certification audits.
• Monitor key quality metrics, including yield, defect parts per million (PPM), scrap, and customer returns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
