Job summary

Dometic is looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Engineer in Pompano Beach, FL, to support the Quality program and ensure compliance with the Dometic Quality Manual. You will independently lead problem-solving activities, manage key performance indicators, and conduct internal audits. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience. Dometic offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 5+ years equivalent work experience in quality assurance.
• ASQ QE certification preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of the audit process.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurement devices.
• Experience with ISO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Dometic Quality Manual.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities using quality tools.
• Manage and present Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Plan and conduct ISO-based internal audits.
• Serve as a primary Quality contact for customer issues.
