Skills Required:
- In-depth understanding of CRM/Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps (Power App Portals/Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Power BI).
- Sound grasp of QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Apps.

Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in .NET, JavaScript, Microsoft Dynamics, and PowerApps, including testing.
- Experience with Project Service Automation.
- At least 4 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with Agile project management.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps for test management and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Systems Thinking to analyze and integrate system components.
- 5 years of experience in Manual and Automated Testing.
- Experience documenting test results and reporting bugs.
- Experience testing various types of software, including functional, integration, performance, and automated testing.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certification in standard quality management systems.
Additional Information:
- Remote/Telework; candidate must be in the United States, specifically California or Los Angeles.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and execute detailed test cases and scripts focusing on .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics 365, and Power Automate applications.
- Validate functionality, performance, and robustness of applications integrated with Microsoft Dynamics and PowerApps.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality and completeness of testing.
- Log, monitor, and manage defects, liaising closely with developers.
- Engage with product teams for insights and to ensure QA perspectives are integrated.
- Design and maintain automated test scripts.
