Overview

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who’s passionate about delivering flawless user experiences and ensuring our products meet the highest standards. As a QA Engineer at Whoosh, you'll work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to identify bugs, verify fixes, and improve release confidence across our core platform.

Where you\'ll make an impact
  • Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies across web and mobile platforms.
  • Write and maintain manual and automated test cases (E2E, regression, smoke, performance).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and test plans for new features.
  • Monitor application performance, stability, and user feedback to proactively detect issues.
  • Investigate, isolate, and report reproducible bugs with high-quality documentation and follow up until resolution.
  • Advocate for product and code quality at every stage of the development lifecycle.
You\'ll be successful if you have
  • 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing (preferably in SaaS or product-driven companies).
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for UI and API testing.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a relentless pursuit of quality and a bias toward action.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with performance testing, load testing, or security testing
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and tools.
  • Prior experience in a remote-first team or startup environment.
  • Plays golf, racquet sports or is familiar with the country club setting.
