Qualifications

• Experience with video/audio hardware systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Experience with testing methodologies and laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
• Perform verification, validation, and qualification testing.
• Conduct product inspections and failure analysis.
• Utilize laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, and signal generators.
• Support quality planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead investigations and resolution of customer and internal quality issues.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits.
• Support ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 compliance activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address hardware and software quality concerns.

• Lean/5S training preferred
