Job description

We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Quality Assurance Engineers to join our team of IT professionals on behalf of one of our major clients within the Greek market. The candidate will play a key role in the creating of new test scenarios and test execution related to technology-based business solutions to improve our clients’ delivery approach and overall product quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute testing scenarios/test cases for package applications implemented using custom technologies
• Perform functional manual testing (SIT & UAT testing Phases)
• Understand business requirements.
• Design optimized test scenarios, plan testing activities and estimate test efforts
• Identify test environment and test data requirements, identify dependencies on external and internal applications.
• Report test status, log and document defects.
• Support defect resolution and analyze the test outcome for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory)
• 3+ years of experience as a testing engineer (automation or manual testing)
• Experience in documenting test scenarios and test cases, executing test cases to verify that a systemic/application is built as per the requirements.
• Good knowledge of Jira or Azure DevOps
• Experience in working and interacting with client facing, technology and project management teams.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Problem solving, organization and communication skills.
• Presentation skills and ability to successfully interact with stakeholders.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• German language skills will be considered as a strong plus
