TOK America, Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to ensure production of high-quality products and adherence to TOK methods and SOPs. The role interfaces with customers to meet quality requests using engineering methodologies.
Requirements include a B.S. in chemistry or engineering and 2 years of QC/QA experience; strong communication and data-analysis skills are essential, with JMP proficiency preferred.

Function: To ensure production of high-quality product exceeding in customer expectations through efficiently utilizing engineering methodologies and procedures based on TOK methods, standard operating procedures, and systems.
Scope: Ability to interface with customers to ensure quality requests are met while using engineering methodologies to plan, execute and accomplish goals in related to product quality in conjunction with performing a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing processes.
The essential functions of this position require prioritizing and completing all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner, adjusting for changing priorities and availability of resources, and demonstrating initiative in identifying additional job-related tasks to be completed when time permits. The amount of time performing each function may vary day-to-day. All duties shall be performed in an efficient and professional manner in accordance with the company policies and under the direct supervision of a designated supervisor.
Periodical
Attending annual and/or quarterly refresher courses related to hazardous waste management and handling, general safety, quality management, and environmental management.
Receives: General supervision given by Assistant Manager and above. Completed work is periodically reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance within established guidelines.
