Job summary

Paragon RGB in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to establish and maintain quality controls across engineering, production, and documentation.

You will interface with clients and suppliers, participate in design reviews, train staff, and monitor QA program adherence to nuclear quality standards.

This role requires an associates degree, several years in QA leadership, and strong communication and data-interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• General knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Minimum three years of experience in quality control as a supervisor or senior level Test/Inspector. At least one year working experience with a nuclear quality assurance program.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance codes and standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of reading, understanding and determining the acceptability of test and/or inspection data.
• Capable of traveling to client or supplier locations.
• Capable of auditing and/or determining supplier capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings to ensure that client technical and quality requirements and Paragon Quality Assurance Program requirements are met.
• Monitor quality activities to ensure that Paragon Quality Assurance Program requirements are met.
• Identify quality problems and resolve them including determination of reportability issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
