  • Quality Control & Inspection: Oversee the quality of incoming raw materials and monitor in-process parameters to ensure adherence to specifications. This includes conducting visual inspections, dimensional checks, and material property assessments.
  • Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions: Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits. Prepare reports to communicate findings and improvements to management.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing projects, to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal processing.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, PPAP, MSA, GRR, Fishbone diagrams and 8D problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
