Insight Global is seeking 8 QA/QC Field Engineers for data center and semiconductor projects. You will be an integral member of the on-site Quality Department, supporting the project lifecycle and working with site leadership to manage daily field quality activities, inspections, and issue resolution.
The role is 75% field-based, based on the project site in Boise, Idaho, with a $1,120 weekly per diem if outside a 50-mile radius and potential overtime for 50-hour weeks.
- 3-5 years of experience as a QAQC Field Engineer for construction projects
- Experience in Electrical, Mechanical/Process, CSA/Structural, OSM, or Building Envelope/Facade disciplines
- Ability to work cross functionally with Superintendents, trade workers, etc.
- Comfortable with 75% in the field walking the site

Job Description
A large Insight Global customer in the Construction industry for cutting edge data center and semiconductor projects, is seeking 8 QA/QC Field Engineers with experience in Electrical, Mechanical/Process, CSA/Structural, OSM, and Building Envelope/Facade disciplines. This individual will be an integral member of the on-site Quality Department, providing essential support throughout the lifecycle of the construction project. Reporting to the High-Tech Program Quality Manager, the role will work closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day site activities, quality control efforts on site, including document review during preconstruction and construction. The QA/QC Engineer plays a critical role, including inspecting the project generally, including specific scopes, during the offsite fabrication, construction, commissioning, and punch list phases of the project – working to bring all issues to closure. This position will collaborate with design professionals, clients, trade contractors and craftspeople to address complex coordination issues; you are on the front line in identifying, preventing, and solving technical problems across multiple scopes in a complex mission-critical environment.
