Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific, technical, business, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of Quality Assurance, document control, or regulated manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple due dates.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day document control activities, routing changes and archiving records.
• Maintain controlled Quality System documents and records (SOPs, forms, specs).
• Support training system: assignment, tracking, overdue training follow-up.
• Manage equipment calibration and preventive maintenance records and scheduling.
• Support quality system records for audits and CAPA, deviation, and batch release activities.
