The role drives customer satisfaction and financial performance through quality improvements and defect reduction. The position requires extensive experience in QA leadership, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, with a strong emphasis on data-driven problem solving, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with design and production

Qualifications

• 10+ years in QA systems implementation and management.
• 5+ years as CQE/CQM in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO Quality Management System.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and SPC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of Mil Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA system improvements and Kaizen/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Oversee ISO 9001 quality system activities and audits.
• Develop and maintain quality policies and procedures.
• Interact with customers and suppliers on quality issues.
• Prepare monthly quality reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams to prevent defects.
• Manage calibration and testing programs.
