Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is hiring a Quality Assurance Director to be on-site at our Portland Service Center. In this full-time role, you will oversee the implementation of Evidence-Based Practices and ensure program fidelity to meet state standards.

Qualified candidates will have a Master's Degree in a related field and five years of experience in public human services or quality improvement methods. The position offers a competitive salary between $7,050 - $9,166.66 per month depending on experience, along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
• Unlicensed Therapists must actively seek or be willing to obtain licensure.
• Five years' experience with complex public human services systems or healthcare quality improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Participate in identification and implementation of Evidence Based Practices.
• Collaborate with Program Directors in identifying work processes for standardization.
• Demonstrate competence in quality assurance and improvement.
