Job summary

Caregiver is seeking a Quality Compliance Coordinator to oversee incident management and staff training related to risk management. The role ensures accurate reporting, investigations, and documentation to safeguard client well-being.

The ideal candidate has a behavioral sciences background with at least two years of experience in developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities, and the ability to deliver effective learning programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with developmental and intellectual and/or physical disabilities.
  • Ability to develop, implement and deliver effective learning and development programs.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of the region's incident reporting program including communications, training, investigations and follow-up, reporting, record keeping.
  • Provides necessary incident training oversight as required by local, state and federal regulations and Omni Visions policy, including basic CPR/First Aid.
  • Analyzes incident data and prepares management reports. Uses data to identify potential exposure to the organization and recommends appropriate protection measures and education programs.
  • Administrative duties to ensure employees have appropriate documentation, including, but not limited to physical exams, TB testing, etc.
  • Responsible for preventing abuse of clients by following screening requirements, attending training, communicating expectations & boundaries, ensuring accountability for policy violations, conducting investigations, and preparing reports for the BOD.
  • Conducts program audits to measure compliance and effectiveness and develops and implements program updates utilizing best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education and/ or Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and deliver effective learning and development programs.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills; or any equivalent combination of education and experience
