Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Auditor to conduct inspections of footwear and apparel. You will apply knowledge, judgment, and clear communication to ensure brand integrity and consumer satisfaction.

The role requires following QC guidelines, attending daily meetings, and reporting defects via MS Teams. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, fluent in English, and able to multitask while maintaining records and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Order Picker Equipment Certification.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing is a plus.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly communicates necessary QC Audit details to their immediate manager.
  • Learn and follow QC Inspection Guidelines and Processes.
  • Maintain QC Auditor training by attending daily meetings.
  • Reports audit defects throughout the day by MS Teams QC group messages and photos.
  • Ability to understand QC defect codes and record as needed.
  • Recommends changes to the audit process to maximize efficiency.
  • Travel to other distribution centers as needed.
  • Follows all safety protocols and Skechers policies.
  • Complete daily QC audits as needed.
  • Communicates major quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Any other related duties as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Conduct Quality inspections for footwear and/or apparel. Use effective knowledge, good judgment, and communication in a timely manner. Maintain QC Auditing skills to ensure consumer satisfaction and Skechers Brand integrity.

REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Order Picker Equipment Certified
  • Knowledge of manufacturing is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $21.00-$23.00./yr USD.
