Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Quality Technician in San Antonio, TX to support site quality missions and ensure client satisfaction.

The role focuses on promoting quality training, documenting inspections, and coordinating with the regional team. Strong communication, attention to detail, and experience in assembly/manufacturing are valued.

Two years in automotive quality or manufacturing recommended; 2-year technical degree preferred; Six Sigma a bonus.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience in an assembly/manufacturing environment.
Experience in automotive quality functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensures client satisfaction and building of solid relationships.
Ensures clear and transparent communication to all team members at the site.
Provides information on new client opportunities (to Sales teams) pertaining to operations.
Serves as liaison with client members pertaining to special client requests.
Executes assessments/audits as per guidelines on ongoing missions.
Monitors site quality missions for proper documentation/information.
Maintains up-to-date quality tools and equipment information.
Contributes to continuous improvement to optimize quality service within the site.
Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents.
Complies with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
