Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician in San Antonio, TX to support site quality missions and customer service. You will promote quality training, ensure adherence to Quality Policies and QMS, and assist in the development and mentoring of site teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality services and site audits.
  • Minimum 2 years in assembly/ manufacturing environments recommended.
  • Minimum 2 years in automotive quality functions recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Builds strong client relationships and communicates clearly with site teams.
  • Assesses and audits missions per guidelines; ensures proper documentation.
  • Maintains quality tools and up-to-date information on site; supports continuous improvement.
  • Monitors and supports health and safety policies; reduces workplace risk.
  • Assists in developing site teams and quality service delivery.
  • Pulls in extra quality resources as needed and develops site expertise.

Job description

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Quality Technician position in San Antonio, TX.

Overall Purpose

Ensure site team is fulfilling missions as related to quality services

Promote positive changes and training at site pertaining to quality services

Proactively recognize additional quality services and recommend to customer

Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS

Reports to

Regional Manager/Director of Operations

Responsibilities
Client relationship & Business development
  • Ensures client satisfaction and building of solid relationships.
  • Ensures clear and transparent communication to all team members at the site
  • Provides information on new client opportunities (to Sales teams) pertaining to operations
  • Serves as liaison with client members pertaining to special client request
Operations
  • Executes assessments/audits as per guidelines on ongoing missions
  • Monitors site quality missions for proper documentation/information
  • Makes sure quality tools and equipment are up-to-date, with accurate information
  • Ensures continuous improvement to optimize quality service within the site
  • Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents
  • Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
Organization & management
  • Assists/monitors overall services provided within site on a daily basis
  • Assists in the development/training of site teams to assist with quality service as related to missions
  • Promotes workplace improvements and development
Technical
  • Assists in pulling additional quality resources when needed to anticipate and address client needs
  • Assists in developing additional quality expertise on site as needed
Other
  • Any other duties as assigned
