Job summary

HireOn Tech seeks an Automation Tester with strong Playwright + GCP background to join our Phoenix team. The role emphasizes hands-on automation testing using Selenium, Java/TestNG/Cucumber, and API testing with Postman/REST Assured.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/Jenkins, and cloud services (GCP BigQuery, Cloud Storage, GKE) is preferred. AMEX background is a plus, and on-site work in Phoenix, AZ is expected.

Qualifications

• Automation testing experience with Selenium and Java/TestNG/Cucumber.
• Experience in API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/Jenkins).
• Working knowledge of GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, GKE.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation testing initiatives and design robust test scripts.
• Collaborate on API testing and integration validation across services.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control practices.
• Apply knowledge of microservices and cloud-based testing to AMEX-related projects.
