Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks across web and API releases in a fast-paced development environment.

You will collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product owners to enforce coding standards, create deterministic test data, extend frameworks to web UI automation with Selenium, and produce actionable metrics and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define/Enforce coding standards, and adherence to QA best practices
• Error management strategies, deterministic test data, environment controls
• Integrate with build pipelines (where applicable) and test management tools
• Automate test reporting and publish actionable metrics
• Partner with developers, QA analysts, and product owners to define testable requirements, acceptance criteria, and risk-based coverage
• Extend the framework to support web UI automation (e.g. Selenium)
• Assessment of tools for Web Load Testing as an extension of automation
• Enable unified reporting and artifact management across test suite types
• Produce clear documentation, samples, and onboarding materials; conduct training for QA engineers and stakeholders
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of QA
