Accurate Personnel in Aurora, Illinois is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate to lead QA procedures and inspections per ISO/IATF. Qualifications

• Perform tasks with limited or no supervision.
• Maintains accuracy and attention to detail always and completes tasks in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of dimensional, visual, and mechanical inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Works with instructions, blueprints, engineering drawings, BOM and other specifications.
• Performs first article, receiving, in-process, and final inspection and maintains all related documentation as per ISO/IATF.
• Helps train new employees in proper assembly techniques and methods.
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
• Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.
• Perform data entry and information retrieval using Microsoft Office and other software.
• Support other Quality Department functions as needed.
