Job summary

Elbit-America is seeking a Quality Specialist I to support the QMS and perform QA activities across product and process verification, warranty coordination, supplier oversight, and compliance with industry standards. This role contributes to maintaining quality policies and ensuring work instructions are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years in a quality-related role preferred; entry-level candidates with aptitude considered.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to follow multipart instructions and deliver on commitments.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Support QMS implementation and maintenance across the organization.
• Assist audits for AS9100, AS9110, FAA-145, and EMAR-145.
• Participate in product inspections and process validations.
• Coordinate Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR) and MRB activities.
• Support supplier QA involvement including FAIs.
• Provide general QA support and drive continuous improvement.
