Singota Solutions in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Quality Associate 1 - Operations to assist with quality oversight across manufacturing and supply chain. You will review batch records, ensure compliance, and support release activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a science field or equivalent experience, up to 3 years in pharmaceutical QA, and strong attention to detail, collaboration, and communication with internal teams and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a science-related field.
• 1–3 years pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Experience with aseptic manufacturing and regulatory adherence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor QA support for manufacturing and supply chain activities.
• Review in-process batch records, room and equipment releases, and documentation.
• Perform quality inspections of labels, components, vials, and packaging.
• Prepare deviations, CAPAs, and change controls as needed.
